Pulled up for a drive thru, manky outside the food hatch with ketchup thrown all over. It's not a recent thing either! Dirty presentation. They were either under staffed or just bad customer service, i was left at the window for almost 10 mins, and no one came until eventually someone popped out and asked me to confirm my order. I might add that this was 8.20am, and the place wasn't busy at all, hence me calling in. Shame that happened as it blights the want of a further visit! Sort it out!

Visited this McDonald's on a Thursday evening. We waited about 10 minutes for the food, and when we did get it, the fries were limp and freezing. The burger was just about warm. I was disappointed with my visit to this McDonald's.

If a disappointing meal is what your looking for this is the place. Over years of visiting this place they never fail to either give me an incomplete meal , cold meal or completely wrong order. Recently ordered a meal and the burger looked as if it had been made by someone who was blindfolded and then proceded to throw it against the wall. The chips were cold and unsalted and my apple pie and sauces wasnt in the bag. This branch appears to be ran by children with little to no supervision and who have no pride in their work. Where is the management, does management care? Very unhappy but not surprised as this is a regular occurrence. Avoid this branch if a "happy meal" is what you want

Poor customer service . I was here to collect order and on screen it showed me its ready but they didnt made the food yet. And the young girls were talking rather than making food?Really meed to teach them the best customer service

No one waiting place order waited 25 mins no one came to the wi dow to explain delay then told to park asked what the delay was wasnt given an explamation waited a further 10 mins then it was brought to car no apology for the long wait i was very disppointed

The worst macdonalds I've ever visited it was dirty food was incorrect and has been multiple times the food was not up to standard and I get it's macdonalds and is bad food anyway but rheu could atleast try, the staff are rude and ignorant and look like they never clean up as it look dirty as anything

No atmosphere and manager embarrassing staff, asking top of her voice what her member of staff is doing, not being funny high pressure environment kind of time and place not in front of paying customers

New management is urgently needed! The service is extremely slow, staff are on their phones despite a long queue, and the food was "ready" but missing fries. Absolutely unacceptable! To make it worse, a simple follow-up order of two cookies took 10 minutes to serve!

I now take a pillo to rest my head whilst I'm waiting patiently inhaling the fumes from the car in front, I now call it mc/Donald's slow food dragthrough ,but eventually when I arrive at the windo I am curties & polite to the staff because it's not there folt there taking on moor than they can handle like home delivery+sitin orders+the drive through,staff are exhorted ??.

Dreadful. The only thing this branch is consistent with is getting things wrong. If you order on uber they forget to put things in that you?ve paid for. If you order at drive through and collect they still forget to put things in that you?ve paid for. Never answer the phones. Speaking to the store staff is a joke, the staff are beyond useless. They can?t get orders correct, they can?t deal with customer complaints and they can answer the simplest of questions, what exactly is their purpose?

Rated because the staff team are just a joy to watch , efficient , very busy and presenting a pleasant friendly Northern attitude to customers. I only score food high because I love the breakfast muffins
