No refrigerator working. All sandwiches are warm.staff not bothered. The sandwich I took to the till was warm she just threw it away..place needs shutting

Absolute waste of time, staff are so rude and don?t know the rules. Made me wait 10 minutes to verify Bulgarian ID which I?ve used for over 4 years no problem, even had passport and driving liscene photo with same name date everything. ID I?ve used at the airport, other shops and DVLA. Waited 10 minutes just for them to tell me they don?t know if they can accept a legal ID card. Staff needs more training

My partner bought cookies from here so we could eat them at home. Little did she know I had already bought cookies the day before when she was out gallivanting in Manchester whilst I looked after 2 full children. What an absolute waste of ?

I just ordered a delivery on uber eats and was DISGUSTED to have recieved ROTTEN FRESH GOODS! The Satsumas were soft, mushy and obviously out of date and the mushrooms are on the turn, brown and specled! I do not appreciate wasting money on products that SHOULD NOT have been still on the shelves to be picked, let alone sent out during at ANY TIME let alone these times of "cost of living crisis"! ??SOMEONSHOULD SUE YOU

Selection of goods aren?t the best and prices are a bit high since turning to Morrisons. Was much better as co-op . Saying that the staff are great and are always friendly and more than helpful.

The store manager at this place is loud, rude and has no customer service skills. He has no idea how to speak to customers in an appropriate way. Have made a complaint about this man's behaviour to the head office. Your store has a policy where large slush cups can be brought back in for refills and we get charged a lower price than what we would pay for a large. We had come in a few times and were charged for a small cup. When we went in today, the cashier charged us for a medium so when I asked why was this, the manager started having a go at me, speaking in a very sharp and rude tone like it was my fault as the customer I had been charged a lower price before. He was getting loud too when all I did was ask. I was not fussing about the higher price. The cashier even apologised to us probably because of the way he had spoken to us.

I am so disgusted to walk in a Morrison on the 15/01/21seeing Thin blonde lady with black glasses staff member with her mask under her chin nobody challenging other people with no mask on which I saw a few people walking about.which I believed that all Morrison where asking people to wear a mask !!!!!!!!!! Disgusted ?
