The girl who washed my hair didn't wash it properly and completely missed the roots. She just shoved a towel around my shoulders and no gown so the back of my top got damp. Didn't ask if the water temp was too hot or cold. No one asked if I wanted a drink etc when other customers sat there with a coffee! The lady who cut... read full comment

Great people fantastic atmosphere wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair I've been a customer for 27 years that proves the point keep up the good work xxx
