The staff have been very helpful with me ,new faces young staff member have been respectful.As I have previously mentioned when I've bought Bananas some have been bad or seriously damaged.i really enjoy the ready cooked hot food section.

The last three times the technology has let us down.
We try scan and go, but twice the checkout wouldn't let us or the staff use this system so they had to scan all of our shopping manually.
Today I scanned 2 packs of ham and was charged for three packs.
Unfortunately I didn't check whilst in the shop and have no way of proving that I only had 2 packs. I feel like Ive been robbed.
I will check in future as food is expensive enough.
The staff are amazing and the products good otherwise I wouldn't go back in future.
The moral here is be careful trusting technology, only trust yourself.

On Sunday 29/12/24 five minutes before the end of the closing time, I was in a hurry to buy baby diapers, the purchase took 40 seconds and the security guard did not let me into the store. Really bad behavior.

Staff are unhinged. Have a target mentality and are very strange people. Under some sort of power trip the woman workers in there. You can also hear them slagging off customers, unprofessional

This single handedly is the most awful Asda I have gone. All of the staff need retraining, they all stand there and have conversations with eachother whilst there are customers waiting to be served. I have been to this Asda a couple of times and have been reluctant to write a view but today was the straw that broke the camels back, I have never been viewed in such a horrible way by staff as a man of colour for doing my shopping, I hope you read this and deal with. Also, I have seen all of the previous reviews on here and there clearly is a staff competence problem, along with this don?t bother replying to this asking me to elaborate. Read the previous reviews and retrain your staff.
