We went into the store to upgrade our phones. We have 4 in the family.
We have been with Vodafone for years and honestly, the Ashton store made it so so easy.
For one of the lines, there was a problem and the team went above and beyond to sort it out for us. Even after we got the phone, we had trouble transferring things over, they helped us.
Nothing was too much of a problem and it is such a busy store...they greeted everyone in the store with a smile , helped them in what they needed etc all while trying to help us.
Nobody seemed to have to wait to be seen even though it's so busy.
I would defo recommend this store. Great job staff.

Awful! Don't even bother visiting. It needs shutting down. No staff, no customer service.Wasted my Saturday afternoon driving 45 mins there, 45mins back as it is the closest one to me, paid for parking and walked to the shop. All I wanted to do is return my old broadband dongle which vodafone told me to do since upgrading my broadband with them or they would charge me £40 if not done within 30days.no option to post this which I think is terrible but that's another story. When arrived the guy on the front deskbwith glasses on said if I take a seat they would be with me 10-20mins. They literally left me sat in a corner of the shop for nearly two hours. An Asian guy to be fair was seeing to a customer and was doing his job. The white guy with glasses on was sat chatting about park life festival and oasis gigs he's been to to another customer instead of delivering customer service. Coming up to 2 hours of waiting and could clearly see he was just chatting rubbish the full time I was in there I asked him can I leave the dongle with him as my parking ticket was running out. He said he can't as I have to be there with some IMEI number. I gave him this and then he started saying the system was down and I should go back another day when they're less busy!!!??? Absolutely awful. I work in customer service for British gas and there is no way this is an acceptable way to treat customers. He then told me to ring 191 when I was leaving. Don't worry pal I will be doing......and complaining about you and your awful service!!!

Really disappointed, the wife and I went in for her to get a phone, I thought while I was there I decided to go for the pixel 8 pro as my contract was due to finish. I was told it would be two weeks which was ok as my contract was due to expire around the time. 3 and half weeks later still no phone just kept text messages saying they will update me in ten days to let me know what's going onLong and short of it, never got the phone, they failed to provide and still havnt received my refund of upfront cost.
