a wonderful hotel in the city center

Came up for a spontaneous family visit, and needed a last minute hotel.
The rooms were clean, the staff were lovely and the service was great.
We had a large family room with a double bed and two single beds and all the necessities.

Great location for trams, buses and trains to Manchester a d other surrounding towns. It's a budget hotel so you get what you pay for but staff are friendly and helpful and rooms are clean.

The rooms could of been cleaner and was a little dated but perfect location for us going to a concert at the co op live.

Stayed here recently mainly due to its convenient location near my project site, and it turned out to be a solid choice. The rooms were clean and comfortable, standard travelodge quality, which is always reliable. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout the stay. The only minor issue was the key card system, which felt a bit outdated and needed reactivating a couple of times. Otherwise, everything went smoothly. Would stay again for the location and service.

Room keys never work and even if you get reception to reactivate them they work for one scan then don?t work again (and no they don?t touch a phone or keys or anything).
Room stunk of weed. Also room did not get house cleaned in the morning despite sign on door.
Only good thing is close access to motorway

USB charging points by the bed did not work.
The toilet had not been cleaned very well, there was excrement on front of the toilet which I had to clean myself. The flooring in the bathroom was dilapidated, and having a shower was an ordeal as the bath was very slippery and no mat is provided.

The supervisor Sheereen, was very helpful. She helped us with a last minute booking and provided excellent customer service
