Good indoor nets. Unfortunately they have closed 4 lanes now so limited availability. Total cricket got all the stuffs related to cricket.

Wanted to buy a new bat for my teenage daughter-previous bat felt heavy to her and being in NI had few options of going anywhere to try different styles.Mark was extremely helpful on the phone and had the benefit of being sole stockiest of a bat designed with the likes of my daughter in mind.Kookaburra Aura with extra short handle recommended, a nice touch of a couple of extras thrown in and sent with 24 hour delivery and a great price.On arrival bat seems perfect for her from the first pick up-a very happy young lady!

I was charged for home delivery for a junior neck guard I ordered... I was home both times when I got a message to say that the driver "missed us". I now have to take a drive to collect from a post office. I rang Total cricket on both occasions to let them know I am at home and no delivery driver came to the house and on the second time, I was told that "this happens one in 200 times and there is nothing they can do about it".They kept my delivery money though.

Called up in the morning about buying a new cricket bat for my son, spoke to Mark who advised I bring him along later in the day to find a suitable bat with the right balance. Arrived late evening and Mark helped him to pick out the right bat within our budget. Really great service would recommend total cricket and will be back in the future! Thanks

Bought a DSC bat from Total Cricket, which unfortunately cracked across the splice. Only being 2 months old, I returned the bat to Total Cricket and they generously gave me store credit for the original price of the bat. I picked out a new bat for a similar price and they also covered the delivery charge. Really good customer service and would fully recommend.

Absolute disgusting customer service by these individuals. Bought many things over the years and recently bought a brand new gray nicolls bag. Used one day and less then a week since purchase and its already got a hole in it. Told them they need to change it or send it to the manufacturer as clearly it is a fault but out right refusing.Said to come back next saturday to talk to the boss. But guess what hes not in.Now i have to wait another week just to see what the boss has to say. Would reccomend Top cricket , or Romida sports in knutsford.Very sad and upset with the whole thing.
