I contacted the letting agency by recommendation. Lee was very professional and helped me understand how to become a landlord as I was new to this. He was efficient and let my property in a timely manner in order to obtain income to pay for my mothers care. I totally recommend these guys as they are both professional and friendly when dealing with sensitive issues.He also manages the property effectively and sorts any issues in a timely manner ensuring contact with myself or sister. Terrible service. Not responsive. Everytime I call the person I need is conveniently never there to take my query. I'm always told the message will be handed over, but I never receive a call back. When I do call back it is the same thing. You can never get anywhere. Been living in my home for over 5 months now and I'm still dealing with the same issues. They don't perform the 3 month checks like they say they will. Just very unprofessional service. Essentially given up now.

I've been with The lettings agency for a few years now. There service is fantastic. The staff are professional, friendly and responsive.I've reported problems and had them solved ASAP.I would highly recommend using there Agency.

Communication needs to be improved with tenants, return on deposit information needs to be more accurate, company could do more helping tenants to relet when they had a change of circumstance and had to leave their contract. Landlady also had to fill some of the rooms and helped me with re-letting advice.
