Trash. Ordered Via Uber Eats and they didn't even send the Mac n Cheese which was £8....
Delivery driver was a creep too, trying to look into my house while I had the door slightly closed due to my pet.
Had to get the item not sent refunded.

Utter rubbish? manager was poor, wouldn?t even come to the table when we asked for him. 2hours 30 mins for two courses. Starters and mains were freezing cold. More interested in getting uber eats orders out. Poor waiters were having to deal with disgruntled customers all waiting on food and complaining when they got it. Few tables got up and walked out! Shame as TGI?s used be good food! Over priced cold food!
Thank you to the poor lad that served us, you shouldn?t have to constantly apologise on your managers behalf, you did everything you could, you deserve to work somewhere better!

Food was lovely and staff members were too. Only down side I found was that service was slow and we had seen our food sat ready to be served for 10 minutes before we received it to the table.

Place has gone downhill. Food is definitely not worth the price and the servers don?t like to give refills. Took nearly 2hrs for food to adrive Asked 2 servers twice and was ignored both times. Won?t be returning after years of coming! Think you need to invest in some new plates as well.

We attended for food and drinks after what had been an amazing day out. almost every cocktail we ordered they were unable to make as they were missing an ingredient The main one being pineapple juice we were resigned to milkshakes the server then offered a cocktail that could be made - which was very strong and contained the pineapple juice they said they didn?t have we ordered one they brought two and tried to charge for the second the server pushing as bogof which isn?t the deal that?s on offer it?s £5 more for the second drink. Then after a very long wait the starter platter we ordered arrived - a mix of 6 different items were ordered on a sharing platter only 4 items arrived and none of the dips that were advertised. on challenge we were informed there?s noting I can do I didn?t know they were out of stock of the missing items? No explanation was given prior the the food landing on the table? No sorry we?ll discount as you?d expect given we were missing 1/3 of the starter platter they were charging £25 to provide.
Then about 2 minutes later before we had any chance to eat anything substantial on the starter the main courses landed on the table.
The pulled beef dipping sandwich was disgusting it had way too much salt on both the sandwich and in the dipping gravy.
The issues were discussed with the manager who was very unhelpful. She commented the chef is experimenting on the beef sandwich recipe- perhaps they should taste test before adding it to the menu as a new item??
The atmosphere was ruined by the attitude of the staff and the complete inability to provide the items ordered.

Great Service and a Tasty Beyond Burger!
Staying next door at the Village Inn, I dropped into TGI Fridays and had a really enjoyable meal. I was served by Alicia, who was absolutely lovely. I asked about vegetarian options and she pointed me toward a great burger ? we swapped it for a Beyond Meat patty with regular cheese and fries. Fries were hot and crispy, just right.
I had a creamy pint of Guinness to go with it, all in the classic lively and welcoming atmosphere you?d expect from TGI?s. Alicia really made the experience ? friendly, helpful, and a credit to the team!

Went with family 4 adults, 1 teenager and child - probably should have turned around and left after hearing the very loud music (for an early Sunday evening) The waiter was very friendly but we all struggled to hear him and he struggled to hear us over the music, so ordering was fun. the food was not good. Will not be going again

Came today for an anniversary meal with my partner. i asked for the medium rare rump steak, it was cooked to perfection and seasoned well, but it was COLD!!! and so was everything on my plate but my chips. i mentioned to the waitress, who was lovely (hannah), and she got me a new one. they had no rump left so i got the serloin, which i didn?t get charged extra for, and you might thing that was a win? but it came unseasoned and well done (in picture)!! at this point my partner finished his food and i was bored and ready to go home. i just ate the chewy, bland steak because i didn?t want to be a nuisance anymore by saying something again. i briefly mentioned it to my waitress who apologised and we got a 10% discount in the end. but i was just so so disappointed by the food and the inconsistency. this was definitely my first and last visit ??

Service is extremely slow, staff are rude and food isn?t great. The manager on shift looked as if he?d done a line or two ?

Visited today, 10 minutes stood at the door waiting to be seated, then a stag member appeared. Took him 5 minutes to clean a table (there was probably 12 people in the restaurant eating, but lots of tables were full of plates and drinks that people had left) He seated us, then left. Another 10 minutes sat without anyone coming to our table. They had 1 young lady serving, running around tryingt to take orders, poor and serve drinks. Eventually we have up, we left.
Appalling service but with only 1 staff member on the shop floor, it's understandable. Will not return
