Staff have a rude attitude. I asked the woman if she sold a product and looked at me with a dirty look because she?d never heard of this product before. She didn?t smile once felt really uncomfortable

Today me and my wife visited the Superdrug store at ashton-under-Lyne Interchange. We purchased several cosmetic items from there. When we reached the billing section, the lady at the counter had a very rude attitude to customer . She did not smile , angry behaviour,carelessly tossing the basket . However, the other staff members working at the store were very pleasant and professional. The behavior of this lady at the billing section, who was there between 3 PM to 4:30 PM in this evening(25/11/2024) and this sales assistant had a stud pierced on her upper lip.she was completely unprofessional.

Shocking customer service today from the grey haired till assistant. I have experienced an uncooperative manner before . The area manager needs to take her aside & provide customer service training. She upset 3 loyal customers today. Unacceptable

Just been in to get ears pierced 24 pounds got home and stone has gone from ear ring. Not so good

The staff is polite and nice, I went for my 2nd ear piercing here and the lady who did it was nice too. It hurt a bit but i got over it quickly. I would reccomend for piercings but some of the products here is overpriced for me but i gave 5 stars because of the staff.
