Absolutely disgusting customer service. I took a parcel into the shop at 15:23. Upon entering the shop I was told the delivery driver had left.Not the end of the world!! even though it states on the site I have till 15:30 i understand at times every minute counts.I said "ok that's unfortunate I suppose it will have to go... read full comment
