Not many staff to control hoards of hooligan teenagers and allow dogs in even though they say they're not allowed.
I saw a woman bringing a dog in, I told her dogs aren't allowed in, she said the staff already told her that but clearly said staff member allowed her in anyway. So I confronted a member of staff but she just dismissed itt as a service dog, it clearly wasn't, anybody can say that, there was no proof and she walked off
