It was a great time after a long day. The food was lovely and crisp and one member of staff was lovely and very open and welcoming. It was a great, chilled out time.

I am very disappointed in the service of Pizza Hut. First of all when the food finally came it was burnt and it wasn?t tasty.
One staff member was extremely rude and racist as she was very rude to me but not the other customers. She didn?t explain to us properly about the free buffet and then when I went to get the buffet she shouted at me and said I couldn?t even though I already paid the money. She told me I needed to put the code in at checkout but I had already paid so what difference would it have made. Surely I should have been allowed to have the buffet if I had already paid more than £10 but not put the code at checkout.
She should have said now you could have the buffet but next time remember to put the code in at checkout for future reference. This is not only about food but the attitude the staff member had and how she treated us

Leaving a review for the lovely Joanna/Joanne (sorry can?t quite remember) who went above and beyond when we visited this evening. She was super friendly and attentive and we came away feeling really happy with our meal and service

We visited for the pizza buffet ona. Sunday afternoon. I feel there could have been more choice of pizzas and more options but aside from this the food was fresh and hot.... we had a fab time catching up with friends. Staff lovely.

The food was lovely, fresh & on time. The warmth & friendliness of the staff was refreshing even though they were rushed off their feet.
Vegetarian options: The veggie supreme thin pizza base with garlic was delicious!

Waited 50 minutes for a dessert

Atmosphere was unbelievably tacky and it made me feel rather sick. Pizza dough was raw and toppings lacked essential taste. Sauces at the salad bar were not labelled and had a pungent stench of rotten cheese. Onion rings were dry and deprived of flavour. A rubbery texture of the onion rings made the experience very unpleasant and made me feel like a dog?s dinner.

It was lovely to relax over a Buffet meal at Pizza Hut. I was with a friend and her two children. We enjoyed the lunch and the atmosphere of seeing the children excited about choosing their meals and especially the ice cream.
