I visited the shop on Saturday 28th December 2024 for advice as to purchasing a new mobile.
I was dealt with by Ryan who went above and beyond in dealing with my request.
On the basis of what he said I purchased exactly what I needed and he dealt with moving the files on my old phone over to the new one.

My experience with O2 has been extremely disappointing. I had a simple request to switch my line from a temporary to a permanent plan, but it?s been over two months now, and they still haven?t managed to get it done! This process should be quick and straightforward, yet every time I call, I get the same repeated explanations from support, with no real progress.
The main issue is that each time, customer service promises a solution, but the next time I check, I have to go through the same steps all over again. It?s been a frustrating waste of time, and my line is still stuck on a temporary plan. This level of delay and disorganization is unacceptable for a major provider like O2.
If you're looking for a provider that handles simple requests smoothly and efficiently, I suggest considering other options. My experience with O2 has shown that even the smallest requests can turn into a long and exhausting process.

Visited O2 at Ashton U Lyne on Saturday 1st June, the young lady we dealt with was more than 100%, i would go as far to say she is a credit to O2. As an older man i do not give praise lightly this young lady is an exception. If there were ten stars i would have clicked them all. Well done to the person who employed her in the first place.

No idea where bad comments come from for this store. Used them two years ago they were good then, just used them again to upgrade lads are really good and helpful, and Dan sorted the change of two phones again brilliantly. More than recommend.
