Spent £90 for a meal on me my family took over a hour for our food to come also was cold when it came when reported online via the website I just got reply every week or so asking me questions, the problem was never solved and you lost a regular customer in my self and my family as we are regulars but we will not be eating here again and customer satisfaction is appauling.

The worst nandos I've eaten at yet . I went here not by choice. The food was dry ,nothing to it ...not worth the money at all . The prices have become stupid but it used to be affordable . I had a chicken burger first time ever but it was difficult to eat ...so thick and I didn't enjoy it . Twice I've been to nandos in two weeks again not by choice .....it will be my last time . I've been totally put off this fast food cheap chicken diner

Dirty plates every time we come. Infact one of the servers tried to give us somebody?s used plates. Tiny tables right next to other people so when they stand up they knock everything off your table. Food is good but layout and staff cleaning is a big let down.

I have visited this branch many times and it took 20 to 30 minutes to reach there to pick up the delivery order. A while ago there was a ring bell ? for informed the staff that driver is on the window for collection of order, but now they remove that ring bell and window remained closed all the time. All the drivers after reaching the branch, start knocking the window but the staff is not attending the driver and after 20 to 30 minutes they use to come at the window and they are saying that your order is not ready you should wait a minimum of 30 minutes more. If they don't want to serve the driver then they should stop working with Delivero and they should be closed the delivery section. There is one lady named Angela, she is very good and she behaves very politely with customers, if she will be a manager i think she will manage the branch very well. The weather is not good nowadays, how can drivers wait there for 1 hour outside. Urgent action required.

Really very disappointed behavior with delivery drivers.
All the staff ignoring all the times to attend delivery drivers only one person Angela is very humble and polite we find in this store she care very well the delivery driver and in side costumers .
Same like today 23th of November weather is very rainy but that don?t care drivers are outside at window knocking .
Please if anybody is Loyal with with this section take a serious action .
If this store can?t attend delivery section so close this section permanently don?t waste time and fuel for traveling till store.

Manish greeted us with a lovely aura and allowed us to pick where we sit. When we got our drinks we was unsure where the straws were and he must?ve heard us, kindly he came with straws for our table, we really appreciated this. After getting our food he presently asked us if everything is okay, he was really lovely! He is definitely a credit to this Nandos!
