This place needs more attention the food is the best I've ever tasted, the owner and family are doing there best to achieve a goal on being the best and they are exceeding this, but more people need to try this both the restaurant and the cafe are absolutely define the food is first class over everything that tameside can over. The food is the best I've ever tasted in my entire life please go and see for yourselves and give this well deserved restaurant and cafe it's respect they deserve absolutely ? the best wraps, meats, rice's and there new expanding menu the attention from all, you want fresh go and taste the extreme flavours well done and keep it going, see you soon mozaics for the best food in England.

Absolutely delicious shawarma and falafel wraps with super friendly service too.
Vegetarian options: Various vegetarian fillings for their wraps including falafel, different seasoned veg, feta etc
Dietary restrictions: They happily catered for my vegan friend and showed her a variety of suitable fillings

The food is consistently good here. The variety of salad is also excellent and let's you vary the meal every time.
Will be back again.
Note they do a good vegetarian box too.

Thanks to "Team Mozaic"....had an amazing traditional Morrocan birthday meal last night. Food was delicious and we were well looked after by the staff. I would strongly recommend Mozaic Cafe if you want to try something different

Have been wondering about Mozaic for some time & finally managed to visit for lunch one day. Got a large meat plate as well as a small vegetarian plate. The meat plate was £10 & veg was £6 (or £6.50?). Had spicy rice on one & saffron rice on the other. There wasn't much spice in the former! Everything is pre-cooked & the meat plate came with chicken & lamb cooked in different ways. Our fave was the spicy chicken which was very flavourful, as well as the breaded chicken. We could choose 3 salad options for the meat plate & 5 for the vegetarian. The spicy green beans, chick peas & red cabbage were yummy. The latter had a nice fragrance to it & we couldn't work out what the secret ingredient was! The non-spicy dishes lacked seasoning & flavours so were a bit bland, which was a shame. We have had Middle Eastern & North African salads where every single dish, whether spicy or not, had a distinctive flavour & sadly this was lacking at Mozaic. Overall, we are glad we tried Mozaic & won't hesitate to return but will probably stick with the spicy stuff next time!

Chicken off the bone with rice and sides. Genuinely delicious! Nice ladies serving with a smile too. Would make a killing if they opened later with a narrow menu of chicken and rice. Highly recommend.

Came for lunch and was not disappointed, the food was prepared fresh in front of us, the flavours were mouthwatering and very satisfying. I had the vegetarian wrap with hummus and falafel...and it's very filling. Highly recommended and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We will be back!
