I was dealt with by Ryan who went above and beyond in dealing with my request.
On the basis of what he said I purchased exactly what I needed and he dealt with moving the files on my old phone over to the new one.”

“We went into the store to upgrade our phones. We have 4 in the family.
We have been with Vodafone for years and honestly, the Ashton store made it so so easy.
For one of the lines, there was a problem and the team went above and beyond to sort it out for us. Even after we got the phone, we had trouble transferring things over, they helped us.
Nothing was too much of a problem and it is such a busy store...they greeted everyone in the store with a smile , helped them in what they needed etc all while trying to help us.
Nobody seemed to have to wait to be seen even though it's so busy.
I would defo recommend this store. Great job staff.”
