Queue at drive through, from paying to receiving order, waited 20mins, decided to park up and eat the food, however, fries were stone cold and big tasty was like warm.
Binned the food and went to 5 guys.

Waited over 20 mins for my order instore, finally had to ask and got it straight away, think it had been left at back and forgotten about. Fries were cold and anaemic, burgers lukewarm and icecream half melted. Now I know why I don't go there often. Would not recommend!!!!!

Worst hygiene I've ever seen. I've never left a complaint at any place apart from this. These kids definitely need to be trained in food hygiene I'm a head chef and make sure all my staff are handling food correctly. Something that definitely needs looking in to. A boy behind the till picking his nose and wiping his snot away literally made me feel sick. Then looks surprised when I send my drink back because his snotty hands was all over the top my drink.

Standard mcdonalds. There are better out there but service's always super slow no matter the time of day, tou could be the only one in and waiting forever. Staff could be a little more pleasant. Faces like slapped bums not the best to have but it is retail I suppose.

Slowwwwww service. Cold food. McDonald's is not fast food anymore, especially when you go inside and order. Always wait atleast 10min for food after ordering. I can go to a pub and order food cooked fresh in the same amount of time it takes here.
