This place needs shutting down. It's never clean, the toilets were fully backed up with poo and tissue, the manager looked about 10. Didn't give af about the complaint I showed her about he toilet. As usual, back to serve as normal. Now I know them toilets have been like that for by the looks, all day, I usually don't comment on stuff like this, but that was disgusting. You've come to dine and you use the facilities, had my kids bursting for the toilet and couldn't even use them. Disgusting. Also the staff let some children bring their bikes indoors. To only block the way for a wheelchair user. Which I had to then move because the staff said it was OK. Prime example of Clearly is wasn't. Don't dine here. Staff rubbish, dirty dirty place.

Ordered a meal for my sons birthday off the McDonald?s App when it arrived it was missing a main item plus the food was cold once I finally got through to someone at uber eats they said there?s nothing that can be done and put the phone down on me.
This isn?t the first time an order has been cold and or missing items from this place and it?s totally unacceptable.
So my son?s birthday meal was ruined and I am out of pocket really not happy will not be using again.

I came here I couple of times to order take out with no problem. The last time I got my order went home and found out there was no burger in my meal. Needed to walk back and get the burger. Not very convenient if I lived far.

Bit of a scruffy looking place, only contact with a staff member was a young lad who said as he handed my order "want a bag?? I said no thank you" he was gone.

Absolute shocking service, if you like to order a meal on the touch screen point of sale stand, get a receipt and then proceed to stand and watch your food go cold under a lamp whilst the staff just stand around for a good old chat before serving you food that has already gone cold 10 minutes later??then this is the place to go!!

Always get nostalgic visiting this particular restaurant. I remember when it first opened in the 80's. Interesting to see how it's evolved over the years

The service was extremely poor, and I had a very bad experience. I ordered a large portion of chips for takeaway, but what I received was much smaller than expected. When I asked them to add more, they insisted it was already a large portion.
