Most of the staff are really nice and friendly but there?s this one staff member who?s been consistently rude towards me. She wears a hijab and I have never done anything to her for her to be rude towards me. I always say Hi and use my manners but she?s just mean. It kinda sucks cus I don?t know where her attitude towards me comes from. Other than that, everyone?s nice and polite.

This is by far the worst Lidl I?ve ever been to. The bakery section is absolutely disgusting ? dirty trays, stale products, and a complete lack of hygiene. The store manager is rude, unprofessional, and clearly not trained in customer service. Instead of helping, they speak to customers with arrogance and hostility. I had an issue with a product and was treated with zero respect. Honestly, this store is a disgrace to the Lidl brand. Avoid it if you can.

I've been using this branch regularly since it opened, but not anymore, the 4ft female deputy manager as got a seriously bad attitude, Aldi Ashton is the place for me now.
