How can KFC serve undercooked cold food?
I have even seen a documentary where they have someone from Head Office visit branches to test food etc. I recently visited this store and ordered some food. The food was cold and clearly had been sat for a bit. I think I received somebody else's ordered they had not collected.
Tried complaining to a member off staff who was incompetent and did not really care about the level of food being served.

never answer phone can only order on uber eats no option to remove sauces so have to keep ringing. most time just dont even order after getting tired or calling and no answer.

Nice clean shop, staffs are helpful, most important the food we got is really nice and hot meets our expectations. Not all KFC outlets now a day provided this kind of good food and service.

First time in KFC since I couldn't dine in Bella Italia. Was amazed at the quality of the food, the fast service and the low prices. Great location with open views. I will go again.
