Called here today to see if they had Hoka trainers that were on offer in the Oldham store. The lady I spoke to didn?t even know what they were. After spelling out the name H O K A she then asked me what the brand was called. I had to go onto the jd sports website to show her HER job. Her response was then a rude ?we don?t do them here?. Teach your staff how to do their jobs properly!!

The staff are brilliant... the only downside is JD Sports don't do sizes for the older generation that want to look good. They are into the younger generation (very slim)

They are not good at dealing, I bought shoes from them, and I went home and tried them once, I think 3 minutes, and it did not suit me very much, so I went to return it and they did not receive it from me,He did not agree to retrieve it, and refused to do so, because I do not speak English well, I took it and went to my house again,

Tried to buy some trainers but the staff were to busy talking to each other to be bothered to serve any customers when I eventually got them to go get my trainers I had to wait and wait and wait some more after about ten minutes of waiting for my trainers I asked about them and was told no one had sent for them yet so needless to say I just walked out

I ordered trainers on 16/7 and should have been delivered on the 19th. After not getting any answers off customer service I went into the shop and they were there. Unfortunately they were too big, went back and esk for a exchange but was told they had to refund the money instead cis I had paid by PayPal. I wanted a straight swap for a smaller size. Walked out without any trainers. To then get a email off customer service saying by order had been ca celled due to no stock. What a joke won't use jd again

Poor customer service. Products ordered online to store were not scanned at all, was waiting ages to get a text when to collect order,but account charged. Not gonna buy again!!!

One of the worst stores in Greater Manchester, there were four staff members just stood around the till, whilst there was multiple people including myself in the queue. Staff had an awful attitude towards other customers, and they were not in any rush to retrieve the click and collect orders, and just stood around staring at each other for a while. Just sheer laziness in my eyes.
