Very disappointed returns process at Manchester store! Tried to replace a £19 strip light due to a manufacturer faulty switch. Went today on behalf of a friend to order and collect a three seater settee, fortunately we were assisted by a young lady I think her name is Sarah who was the most polite and helpful person we have been assisted by for years, good luck at university, and well done IKEA

Very disappointed in the so called showrooms displays.. Intended to buy, it was much better a couple of years ago. Bedrooms,kitchens living rooms organised. Now a horrible mish mash.
