I called into Halfords today as I had a puncture. The service I received from Callum was exceptional, he was efficient and just a genuinely lovely guy. He got me back on my bike in no time. Would highly recommend. The other guys in the shop were friendly too ?

They washed our car engine and didn?t tell us that they had not flushed/ dried the water out the engine and top that they added oil to it so it was mixture of oil and water in my car which ended up wrecking my car I had to get a new engine from just getting an mot and service from these guys I ended up having to pay for my car repairs costing more just sloppy work overall.

Purchased and had a Dashcam fitted at Halfords at the A-u-L Snipe Estate Store today . Excellent instore service and even better by the young man who did the actual installation . His workmanship was first rate and afterwards he spent 15 / 20 minutes explaining everything I need to know about the Dashcam , with the added assurance of going back to the Store if I have any problems . Definitely the Go Too Store .

I went to the store to purchase a bike for my son. The staff were really helpful in helping us try different bikes until we found the right one. After assembling the bike at home, I found the brakes were catching the wheels, preventing them from rotating smoothly. I wasn?t sure how to adjust them myself, so I brought the bike back to the store for some help. Once again the staff were exceptionally helpful, adjusting both the front and rear brakes for me for no charge. Really good experience, will definitely go back again.

The staff here are great very friendly and very helpful the work was unable to be carried out on my car due to more work needing to be done they notified me straight away and made it very easy to rearrange the work to be done would definitely recommend
