Honestly one of the worst decisions I?ve made buying from Evans Halshaw don?t make the same mistake I did, very costly mistake might I add. The vehicle I bought was a full service history ?mint? condition according to my salesman 21 plate Kona SC21 starter of the reg. the car arrived scratched all over with 3 damaged alloys and a coolant light on the dash, I brought the car from distance and paid £150 for the pleasure. I checked the coolant it was full. I took the car to Hyundai who stated it needed £1152 worth of repairs which is crazy a prepped car needing that much spent on it is mind boggling I have rejected the vehicle be careful terrible experience altogether. Happy to take your money forget about you afterwards.

I went to trade in my car last month and upgrade to a new model, I was sad to see my old car go but managed to find something that suited my price range. I dealt with the Manager Ryan 1st off and then got handed over to Pete from the used car team. Pete was really easy going and very clear with price break downs, optional extras & pros and cons upon making my final decisions.
It felt like Pete wanted to genuinely make sure I was happy with what I drove away with and didn?t just want to make a sale.
I showed my concern with a few scratches here and there and he assured me they would be taken care of on collection and even went to the trouble of showing me how the scratches in the lacquer would become like new with a quick demo. Nothing was too much trouble, even the hand over and sorting out the V5 and balloon payment on my previous car was all handled by Pete. I didn?t have to send any paperwork off, he also sorted out my Tax on the day so I was ready to drive away.
I?d definitely recommend Ashton branch to friends, I?ve always used Ford and had great experiences with other Evans branches but I?d say Ashton takes their customer service up a notch?I?d also add to anyone thinking about a Ford, having driven Fiestas, Focus?s to Pumas they?re very reliable cars and a pleasure to drive.

Worst place to purchase a used car. I went to the shop and made a deposit for a used car 2months ago.. they said it will take a week to prepare the car and i had to wait for nearly 2 weeks. But end of the period they informed me that the car is below the standards. And the sales person said that he will refund the deposit. But now it's nearly 2 months, I didn't receive the deposit instead of hundreds of emails. Sales person is Abid. I think they are stealing money from customers by doing this kind of third class stuffs.
???please be aware before step in to this shit???

This was my first experience purchasing a second-hand car from a dealership and unfortunately I wasn't impressed. The level of customer care once they have your money is non-existent. The car itself is great and I'm actually very happy with it, but there were a number of things that let the whole experience down for me after paying a large sum of money outright. They managed to lose the floor mats during preparation/cleaning and instead of finding them or replacing like for like, they gave me a pack of Evans Halshaw branded ones that didn't even fit. This was after they said they would track them down before collection. They also promised to fully charge the car, which they didn't. It was still on 33% upon collection - not a deal-breaker, but disappointing after expecting it to be 100%. Cleaning was lackluster too, with smudges on the windows I had to clean off myself, and a scratch still visible which they said would be polished out. I did try reaching out to give them a chance to rectify some of the issues but had no response. Overall, a poor service, especially when they are charging towards the top end of the market value with no room for negotiation. I feel that 2 stars is fair as the customer service before purchasing was quite good, otherwise I would have given 1 star.

So I sent an email two weeks ago enquiring about a gearbox service for my power shift automatic, no reply. I phoned up the service centre, my call was answered then I was immediately put in hold until I got fed up of waiting. I'll try a different gearbox specialist. Very disappointed

Purchased my Ford Focus Active Vignale from Chris @ Ashton and cannot recommend him or the dealership enough! He gave me all of the information I needed and ensured that I was happy through every step of the process! Cannot recommend him or the dealership enough, it?s a great environment, plenty of choice available and all of the staff offer a smile and make you feel welcome, which can be a rarity lately!

Due to our car being written off, we had to look for a replacement. We were not happy, but Chris at Evans Halshaw in Ashton made the experience much easier. The sales men went above and beyond for me today, they got me the cheapest finance deal and made sure I drove away in my new car on the same day, even though I didn?t make an appointment! I would definitely recommend this dealership and would 100% go back.
