I went to collect an online currency order and after confirming my details was handed an envelope sealed in a plastic bag.I have never ever exchanged money where it is not counted out in front of you to confirm there are no mistakes.

No one here! Received my email to collect so make my way down, lights are on but no one is home. Not really impressed at all this time. Not great service in open hours. If your ipen hours aren't your open hours don't advertise them as such!
