Had a problem with my contract phone. In-store at the Ashton-under-Lyne branch helped me in sending the phone off to be repaired. Received back within 5 working days. Really pleased, excellent customer service. Thanks Andy and the team at Ashton.

Always been EE customer, rather than call direct went to one of the EE stores. Wanted an upgrade, quoted £43 a month plus a payment upfront. Decided to call EE direct who did it for £29 with more data, no fee.

The guy never got out of his chair. Sat facing the door and think being dressed in flip flops with his floppy curly hair, he desired to be in a sundowner bar in Ibiza rather than dealing with mobile phone customers. He seemed to have neither the desire to help nor sell went elsewhere
