We had a great shopping experience when we visited the store to purchase a bed for my mum. Natalie and Jessica were brilliant! Jessica took so much time showing us the options and giving us the opportunity to try the beds. They both have excellent product knowledge and were very patient.
Natalie ensured we got the best deal possible.
My mum is very happy with her bed!
I would definitely recommend this store to my family and friends.

We were greeted by Ryan at Snipe Park, Dreams, very polite friendly helpful gentleman. Ryan showed us around the various mattresses available. Ryan offered us both a drink whilst we looked around. He didn't mither us like some stores do. He asked us if we'd like to try the sleep match mattress which we found very helpful, this mattress helped us choose the correct mattress for our needs. He even gave us pillows to make the experience more comfortable. Ryan then pointed us to the sleep match mattresses recommended. We looked at 3 but decided on the Tempur-Ease mattress. We left with a delivery date and 2 free pillows. I highly recommend Ryan at Dream's. All in all, we had a brilliant experience.

11/10 service - Kemi (staff) is brilliant. All staff go above and beyond to give you a perfect experience. They try their best to find the mattress for you and I didn't feel pressured into making a purchase at all. Finance options are available and simple to organise. Would buy next mattress from here again.

Thanks so much, Dreams - Ashton-under-Lyne store. Lacey was fantastic in helping me choose a bed and mattress. I was unsure of which bed frame I wanted to suit my new home. Excellent advice and ideas made me feel confident I've made the right choice. Lacey took the time to look at my photos and board ideas, gave me full information about different beds, mattresses, and additional products, and was patient with me whilst I was choosing. Other colleagues in the store also helped with some delays with purchase, offering me brews and water, and were very friendly. Thank you!

I was greeted within moments of entering the store by Natalie, she asked if I wanted help or to be left to browse. I haven't the energy or confidence to browse I would probably get overwhelmed with information so was relieved to have her help.
After asking a few basic questions I tried a few mattresses settled on a bed and mattres. Even though Natalie was a salesperson there was no pressure. She made a lovely cup of tea and explained everything making sure I understood. Muy whole visit was a dream thanks to Natalie.
