I had an amazing experience with the customer service at Costa Coffee. During my visit, I accidentally spilled my coffee, and one of the staff members was incredibly kind and understanding. She calmly told me that it was absolutely fine , cleaned up quickly, and even offered me a fresh coffee at no extra charge. Her kindness and professionalism turned an embarrassing moment into a positive experience. This level of service truly sets Costa apart. I?m very grateful and will definitely be coming back soon!!!!!Thanks Costa for having a such a great staff

This Costa serves the same great menu and coffee as all the other cafe?s in this chain. The staff are always friendly and efficient. I?ve visited several times and the service has always been excellent.

Halloumi and roasted vegetables! Should have had the bread listed first, then vegetables, then halloumi. Was approximately 1mm thick. Extortionate price for the amount of halloumi on there. Not impressed. Porridge was OK.

A nice, clean and friendly Costa. Very busy place but service was prompt and everything was served well. The facilities were nice and clean even on a very busy Saturday afternoon. Nice Costa to visit if in the area!Wheelchair accessibility: Flat level entrance with the pavements around the perimeter in good condition with drop curbs in various places from the car park.
