We ordered American coffee with milk n the side, the lady serving us puts two milk cups on top of the the two hot regular cups of coffee!!! Who serves coffee like that...it spilled on my husbands jacket and hand.. I immediately asked her why don't you give us a tray? I was appalled the other staff attacks us and says it's not her fault!!!! I couldn't believe what just happened! Who said anything about fault! No apologies but attacking the customer service verbally is a pathetic excuse ! I'm disappointed in them.
