Food was flavourless ordered spicy fajitas no spice at all pepper corn sauce no pepper. Guacamole was tasteless don?t think I will eat here again. Ordered drinks while eating Finnished eating and drinks still on bar had to serve myself.

Booked a table 5 days before valentines for 7:30pm recieved a comfirmation email confirming booking turned up at the premises on time and was refused a table and turned away with the manager saying the table was doubled booked can you believe that Disgraceful will never go to that establishment again !!!

Food was burnt! Seen it on the hot counter for 25 minutes, been before and left dissatisfied but thought we would give it a try again! Won?t go back ever again

Food was nice but the service was very slow and all the staff all seemed to be very rushed, because of this it ruined the experience abit.
Would come again but on a quiet day when it's probably not as busy.
The manager dawn, was very good and we appreciated everything she did for us.

Food was okay and a mixed up order was sorted for us with a fresh order. Disappointed because we only chose Chiquitos due to its advertised offer of 50% off which did not clearly state any terms and conditions. Only that it runs from the 11-22. Really rubbish on the part of the higher management and website and despite knowing it would be a problem today it wasn?t mentioned earlier on by the team. However the staff on scene did help with discounting what they felt able to and dealing with us kindly,

Quiet, which was great , was a Sunday. Good, very nice. We had the chicken and pulled pork and would recommend it.

Seemed like new staff training as very hectic and orders being mixed up , but waitress was very helpful sheseemed like she had her hands full with new staff ,felt sorry for her , we love this place but been when it's been better

We came in around 7:30pm bank holiday Monday. Santiago was our server and it was only his second shift. He was very attentive and took care of us throughout our visit. He's a great addition to your team
