Lovely little shop. Has plenty of variety of stock something for everyone every shape and size. Good variety of books,dvd and cds some for as little as 3 for a pound. Helpful staff and volunteers always happy to help nothing is to much trouble. Always a friendly smile and not feel rushed and a good ears to listen to my chit chat. It's bright inside not dark and dull with plenty of bright colourful clothing.

I volunteer at this store and I have to say that it's one of the best things I've ever done. The staff are lovely and kind, the customers are equally lovely. The atmosphere is fantastic. As a charity shop the prices are excellent as there are some really good items. Some can be brand new and popular and at the end of the day we're all raising money for a worthy cause.
I would recommend this shop to anyone. Volunteering here has really boosted my confidence.

Bought some swim shorts a couple of weeks back kept my receipt and the women behind the counter wouldn't return them appalling customer service from a charity shop made me and my partner feel really uncomfortable all I wanted was my £3.50 back but they make you out like your trying to return a piece of gold ridiculous avoid like the plague

BHF Ashton have accepted thousands of pounds worth of donations from me over the last few years, yet they have been unable to return the heavy duty boxes that I so carefully and sustainably packed everything up in for my last donation of goods. They will no longer receive any donations from me.

A good charity shop with good items with budget prices and friendly staff

This is a decent charity shop with friendly staff and a wide range of things to choose from.My only criticism is that the prices for most of the items in here are quite high, considering it is a charity shop and 99% of the items are second hand and not brand new.

Visited recently and to my disgust overheard telephone conversation by staff telling their mates to come and get certain goods that had come in..which were not on show, I wonder if they paid for them. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour! which will ruin the good name of the charity.
