All of the staff at Boots Ashton under Lyne are excellent. On reception, they are professional, friendly and helpful. They always make us feel like valued customers. Samaya, the resident optician, is wonderful. She is caring and thoughtful, making me feel at ease. At my previous visit, Zara, looked after me. She was also excellent, and I had a referral within two days after that visit.These are the best opticians we have ever had, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much, the Davies family.

I visited the Boots Opticians for an eye test today and received great help and advice. Amani was very helpful and kind while I completed some information forms. Sumayah conducted all the eye tests and was really helpful offering sound advice for me going forward. Julie took her time and offered great advice and encouragement regarding choosing new frames for my glasses. Thanks Boot Team at Ashton! See you again!

When I booked the appointment.it was totally free.but when I reached for check up ..they asked for fee.then more fee for clear scaning..for free lenses they need more appointments then they will give...so it was stressful.but except fee it was fine.

Staff were efficient, helpful, and patient at all times. Having opted for the 3d eye scan, the range of equipment clearly seemed to be above the ordinary. Even the place names on the doors gave the practice a 'local' touch!

Outstanding service and staff, especially Julie and Ismayla.. I phoned early yesterday morning with an eye issue and Julie dealt with it efficiently and with a cheery warmth. She took my details, spoke to an optometrist then booked me in for 10.40. On arriving I was welcomed and invited to sit down and within a short time, the optometrist Ismayla came for me, she immediately put me at ease, with her extremely personable but professional manner. She was so thorough, and knowledgeable, making sure she understood the issue, taking the time to talk me through the causes and how to help resolve themt. I normally go to Specsavers but I?ve been won over by Boots treatment and booked my annual eye test there and then.
