Absolutely shocking carry on, apparently controlled medication cabinet was broken so couldn't get in it...17.00 hours on Saturday 12th of April..on the 13th of April still broken, people couldn't have their medication, were told would have to wait till Monday...I don't know for sure what they have in place but surely some sort of contingency plan should be...????terrible service

I've been waiting for my medication to come through for days now so rang this morning and could have cried when they said they would be ready for 2pm dad went for me as I'm in to much pain and he's just called me to say they won't be ready till Sunday I could have cried im in so much pain and it's like they don't even care they are in the health care profession for crying out loud I'm a carer my self and it breaks my heart when people in pain and I can't do anything for them but the pharmacy can but they won't, they are a joke and I definitely don't recommend them unfortunately I can change pharmacy as they are open till 9pm and I work 12 hours from 8 till 8 and it pees me off if I could give them zero stars I would

3 day standard wait for a same day prescription! I can understand 3 days for repeat, but to go to a doctor and get a prescription for a temporary illness and be told 3 days until you can get the meds is disgusting. Also always a queue, very slow service, dismissive rude staff. Awful pharmacy.

Honestly I?d give this pharmacy 0 stars if I could. The worst pharmacy ever. They do not care if you have no medicine left and would rather leave you to die in pain. The absolute bullshit excuse saying just because my medicine was sent on Friday I can?t get it till Monday when it is not a repeat prescription.. yeah I know the rules. I actually hate this pharmacy and they?re too scared to ever answer their phone. They need shutting down or need teaching basic customer service skills

Came in to pick up a simple prescription for a painful dental infection
Arrived at 3.45pm was told they close at 4.30 for break so come back after 5!
Completely baffled me.
Went to the primary care center round the corner they took my script passed me the box and I was done in less than 5 minutes,

MALE PHARMACIST IS A LIARCalled the pharmacy this morning spoke to a male pharmacist who told me the medication I needed was in stock. When I turned up with my prescription I was then told that this medication hasn't been in stock for months. Male pharmacist would not come out from the back to come and speak to me and explain why he had lied to me on the phone. The lady that dealt with me was brilliant and understanding. I even had to show her my phone records to prove I called the store.
