MALE PHARMACIST IS A LIARCalled the pharmacy this morning spoke to a male pharmacist who told me the medication I needed was in stock. When I turned up with my prescription I was then told that this medication hasn't been in stock for months. Male pharmacist would not come out from the back to come and speak to me and explain why he had lied to me on the phone. The lady that dealt with me was brilliant and understanding. I even had to show her my phone records to prove I called the store.

Tried ringing multiple times, on multiple occasions, the phone never gets picked up, and when you try and ring again the line is busy. Why give the option to ring if no one answers?

I am really disappointed in the service tonight. We had gone to 4 different chemist looking for the 'chemist 1st scheme'. All 4 chemists had issues with log in not working, waiting for cert, locum etc and then we got to asda ashton at 20:50 (they close at 21:00) Spoke to pharmacist and she said the consultation takes 15 mins so she couldn't do it, my daughter was in a lot of pain and she looked at her throat and confirmed it looked like tonsillitis but refused to prescribe because we got there too late. Really upset that she sent a child away like this for the sake of 5 mins, really disappointed and won't use this chemist again in the future.

The large fellow who does the counter has anti-social personality disorder by blatantly showing sadistic tendencies. He watched a old lady crash her trolly and proceeded to snicker to himself then immediately after served me. He didn't know the uses of the medication I asked for then looked, sounded disappointed when the pharmacist agreed I could buy the medication for the use I wanted.Clotrimazole 1% cream; purchased at Asda Ashton-under-Lyne 18:31, Friday the 24th

The pharmacy that seen me tonight that was supposed to have provided free emergency medication declined me as my NHS number is in Trafford is absolute rubbish I have spoke to the 111 services tonight which have provided me the care you should of provided and stated that there should of been no issue as my address and residence is in Tameside and that they will look into this and so will I as I work for the NHS for over 21 years to be told that you wouldn?t get paid then to say you don?t have time to explain your busy!! I waited until 8pm for the appointment and all you asked for was my address You?re definitely in the wrong job Yasmin and your attitude was disgusting very poor service!

The staff are really Miserable here, none of them give you a smile or anything. They are quite happy to leave a massive queue and have no sense of urgency to starve people, I would really consider some staff training on Customer Care, the same at the Kiosk, they really are unhappy in their jobs,

Called in Asda eastlands again for a coffee and sandwich, and as the last few times the coffee area is still infested with flies, especially on the milk jugs spouts. I have reported this problem a few times to the staff who have said that they would sort it , but obviously they haven't. Also the floor is covered in bits of food that seems to have been there all day. Let's hope the food inspector pays a visit soon.

The morning staff through the week, particularly Linda and John, make this the best pharmacy in the world. I receive a weekly prescription and they provide it with care & professionalism, in speedy time and with a friendly attitude that makes me feel in good spirits and comfortable every time I collect. Couldn't recommend more.

I don't know what asda has done to their Pizzas but they're absolutely disgusting now. We used to really love them, now the bases are tasteless and dry and toppings have halved and taste vile. We actually thought we must have covid and it affected our taste buds. Get your act together Asda, the cost of living crisis shouldn't mean you should jump on the bandwagon of reduction in quality and increased prices. You should be better than that.

I can't think of anything positive with this pharmacy. To get an answer of the phone is near impossible. The medication is never ever there or ready when it should be. Always say that the GP hasn't sent it over yet. Even when I've seen the GP do it in front of me. Or always a huge wait time for it to be made. And get asked to go do go shopping or come back 30-60 minutes later. No matter the day or time of the week. Never had this issue in all the years I was using the Hyde ASDA pharmacy. It be there being made up before I've even got there and it's only the other side of the car park. Something or somebody needs to change in terms of how it is run. Shambles since day 1 of using and its not good.
