Love the shop, but yhe staff are rude, ignorant and miserable.
I worked there years ago when it was a store of learning. When that stopped, the staff changed.

Store fabulous but on v j day the person on the Mike was saying about v g day this was very embarrassing from a ture British/Welsh male let yourself down Aston asda tamside but I still will be using store but please try and get it right many thanks carl

Visited for a quick shop. Mainly needed to get something from the pharmacy. The pharmacy assistant was extremely helpful and patient. Gave great advice and made useful recommendations. Thank you.

Wendy, who confirmed the sale of the energy drinks, was super lovely and kind when delivering excellent customer service today . My friend had the ASDA rewards app, but I didn?t, and had no idea about it! She overheard me laughing about not knowing, and took an extra 2 minutes out of her day (when I?m sure she?s super busy, and would be forgiven for wanting ti offer a quick service!) to fill me on how great the app is, and how I can download it on my phone. She didn?t have to do this, of course, but the fact she did makes her such a candid example of thoughtful and caring customer service. An Asda superstar!!!! Thanks to her I?ve already began to build my cash pot, I hope she knows her immense worth :) She made mine and my friend?s visit so much better! Thank you, Wendy. Coke machine in cafe serves the best coke in town, way better than McDonalds coke that is rancid these days.
Grocery stock seems low these days, been in twice this week no stock of what I usually buy.
Leaving 3 starts like last time.

Waited 15 minutes at the click and collect for my parcel for someone to even turn up. Then had to wait another 15 minutes for them to search for my parcel they couldn't find. To be told oh the team leader will search for it. Waited nearly another half a hour to be told. It's just not there. Nearly a hour stood there like a lemon waiting for nothing! Told I would receive a refund after prompting for a explanation. Lack of consideration for their long term customers. I get it's a long day on the job but some manners wouldn't go a miss! Nearly a week later and it's still says available for pick up and no refund processed! Couldn't make it up. Totally put me off from ordering again.
