Their groceries click and collect service is atrocious. I regularly have to physically go in to the store to inform someone that I am waiting for my order.

We're becoming a cashless country, yet you've now reintroduced trollies where you need £1.Even the council has added card machines for car parking charges, yet this ASDA has gone backwards.

I?ve always been a fan of this store and for me it?s the best supermarket in Tameside. The store itself is quite large and sells everything from George clothing to a car air freshener. The store has a bakery and the pizzas they make are exceptional. The isles are well stocked with goods and I?ve always found the staff to be extremely helpful and polite. The supermarket has a very large car park which is easy to get in and out of as well as a Petrol station near to the car park entrance. The store used to be a 24hr store which was brilliant for quiet late night shopping but since Covid, it now shuts at midnight.

Not enough staff. Saturday afternoon and customers in a queue down to bottom of isles. Only 4 staff on tills. They are trying to force customers onto self service so they don't have to pay staff. Off to a supermarket that pay wages

Ordered for online delivery from here, it was atrocious! Most of my delivery wasn't loaded into the delivery van!! Yes I got the missing items refunded!! However the inconvenience of half my order not turning up, isn't assuaged by a refund & a voucher to spend with Asda! I will not be ordering online, from here, for quite some time!!! I'm also considering giving it a miss visiting in-store for the time being. At least until they can get their act together

Warning about Asda Awards. The customer isn't always right, apparently.Always shopped at Asda for main shop. Rarely had any problems. But today I was annoyed. I had £86 on my Asda Awards. Bought alcahol and gift vouchers. Went to till. Lady on till scanned it all in. Value £96. I asked how to pay for some of it with my Asds Awards. The lady on the till kindly did it for me on my phone. Created a voucher for £85. Then tried to scan it and it said invalid voucher. Went through the whole rigmarole of rescanning and calling supervisor over. Then had to go to customer service till. There I was told that I couldn't.pay for gift vouchers with my Awards. . And I couldn't pay for my shopping because it didn't amount to the £85 that the Awards voucher was for.. So I had to pay on my card. And I didn't want to use my card.Even though the woman on the till had told me to do it. I was angry because I had been advised by your staff and now its cost me money I couldn't afford to spend.Next time.I'll stick to morrisons for my wineSo much for LOYALTY CARDS.

I was at your Store yesterday to purchase Cakes and Doughnuts for my Cancer Charity Event. Sharon at your check out couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. She even bought a box of Cakes for my Event. What an absolute wonderful example of Customer Service. Sharon, thank you so much. ?????

I did not have a good experience. Firstly all the chilled snack aisle was empty. The home/kitchen selection was also bare. Bins overflowing as security guards sit on their phone. The rewards app is where it all went wrong Mr/Ms Asda. Having to sign in at the till is highly stressful. Why does it keep doing that? Not only that but if you have to then reset your password you have to call the helpline which is not open in the evening. Also not being able to reclaim points that may have been missed because of these issues is enough to make me stop shopping here. Why would you not allow people to claim their rewards at a later date? Bad customer service if you ask me. Anyway.. the member of staff Hazel was brilliant. And your plant based coleslaw is great too.
