Food was expensive with additional charges being added by the worker without even telling me. It may be a few quid but you should let people know beforehand. They also charge £1 for a tiny pot of sauce and won't allow you to put it on the chips yourself without a charge. I have never seen a place charge you for that as you are paying in the first place for a meal.
Check the card machine first as it is covered and only the scanner is visible

I just ordered off just eat half the order missing.
Rang the shop after spending £40 i rang the business the manager was extremely disrespectful and rude.
Offered zero help whatsoever .
When contacted said i cant get any refund even though they are the ones who messed it up.
Horrible service towards customers. L1

Shop is a mad rush with deliveries, no time to actually talk to someone about what you would like to order. Expensive, then over charged, missed item from order and then got home to find the 2 sauces I requested were missing. Only average small portion of food. Will not bother again.

I recently ordered and I was thoroughly impressed, ingredients were fresh and it arrived promptly and STILL WAS PIPING HOT! I will definitely order again, would recommend to anyone looking for quality food.

Ordered on a Wednesday night so not expecting huge delays website said 50 min delivery it ended up being a hour and 40 minutes later, food was hot but was really disappointed as my dad found an extremely long hair in his salad on his kebab so that meal was ruined and things were swimming in grease, we have used tasty bite for 2 years but it's got so bad now.
