I have been using this pharmacy quite a while and have noticed that since the new pharmacists took over, service and efficieny have declined. Prescriptions are not ready or 'haven't been sent'. In my husbands case he has had diabetes medication missing and when he asks for alternative they just say there isn't any. No apologies or trying to help.

Shocking treatment from the pharmacist tonight... I rang 111 to access pharmacy first service and they told me to go to Morris. They said any time before 6.30pm.
I was in work and got there at 6pm. I waited 10mins to be spoke to as they were busy.
The lovely assistant told the pharmacist I was there for an assessment and she told me she had paperwork to complete and she couldn't see me.... she then said I had to be there 30 mins before closing.
Now I have been ill 2 weeks with sinusitis and a bad chest ... I walked out.
I was so incensed I got in my car and rang them back.
She was stern on the phone and told me go back tomorrow like I have nothing to do!!!
There were no signs up anywhere to explain this!!!

The staff are really lovely. If I've had any concerns or problems with anything they've been there to help. Also arranged for prescriptions to be delivered as can't always get there for collection. Would highly recommend this pharmacy.

Terrible. Unorganised and wait ages to be gelp. Getting told to come back later or next day to get medication and when you come back items are short or not ready yet.

Get a one star as can't vote zero!
Been to this place twice since boots closed, boxes all over the floor with prescriptions in (not sure about data protection) people sat on floor waiting, when finally got to the till they spent 20 minutes looking for my order then said it must have been lost, 2nd time same story! Won't be a 3rd time I'll change pharmacy.

Fantastic service from this chemist! They are obviously exceptionally busy after the large Boots chemist has closed, but still very helpful. Collecting medication for a friend, they had to order in the tablets. The assistant took my number and rang me the following morning to advise they'd arrived. Very much unexpected but very appreciated. Everyone who works here provide exceptional service. Thank you!

Rang first to check if script was there , spoke to Tracy , got there 20 minutes later and it was waiting for me . Good service and friendly staff as usual .
