Staff are mostly friendly, post office is slow , everything is expensive so only really useful for when you only need a couple of things , always check dates as there's no efficient stock rotation & dates are short .

Went to pick up a tgtg bag and the app said it shuts at 10.30 . Got there a couple minutes past 10 tried to explain what the app said but the staff was ignorant and kept saying the store was closed and wouldn't let me explain.

Bought milk yesterday assuming it had plenty of life before use by date. Bought two 2 litre bottles, use by date on the the day I bought them. I don't think fresh goods are very fresh. Poor stock management.

I love this place, very friendly staff even the young ones are pleasant. Stock random noodles which I used to travel to London for , and have a range of things on offer.Yes, pricey but it?s a convenience store after all. No complaints , and will pop in as and when the need arises.

Shop is very expensive but OK in an emergency. The post office however is pot luck if they are willing to serve. Too many times now it's been closed at random times in the day. Only one person seems to be post office trained so if they are on a break, toilet, counting money in the back, dealing with deliveries, stacking the freezers etc. they refuse to serve in the post office. These are all excuses I have had. It's OK when they can be bothered to serve though
