They have a new team and management. The bew staffs is very friendly and the service is quick. The shop is very clean and tidy. Their skills are amazing and they are open to any designs I want. I love my nails so much and would definitely come back! Highly recommended

I went today to get my nails done by them because the place me and my friend were going to was busy, when it was my turn she was Being rude and rushing me, when she sat down to do it she constantly got mad at me for not having my chair in the right place, then when she started with that drill thing she made atleast 20 cuts in my hand almost no where near my nails, then she barely asked me anything about what i wanted so cut my nails 10x longer than i wanted, then she constantly bullied me for moving (keep in mind I?m quite young) and kept yanking me and then she went on FaceTime with her friend and wasn?t concentrating on my nails, since she was not concentrating my nails came out bad and also she told me when i put one hand in the dryer to take the other out and when i did that she shouted at me, after that she told me never to get detailed designs cos i can?t bend my fingers properly. I don?t recommend this place.

Whatever you do avoid this place like the plague. The ladies, who work there are absolutely horrible, especially the small one it is absolutely disgraceful how they have talked to my wife my wife went here to get her nails painted today. When she came out. She was almost in tears and very deeply depressed. The lady who works here said I?ve never seen nails like yours before why are they so weird? She also said my wife was very sensitive and her manner and her attitude towards my wife was absolutely disgusting. This is got to be one of the worst customer services places on this earth.
