The manager allows unknown men to take inappropriate photos of female customers without their consent. Instead of addressing the issue and ensuring the safety of the women involved, the manager sides with the offender and wrongly accuses the woman of ?making a scene.?

In the area thought I'd try Waitrose Altrincham. Not been before. Wasn't disappointed had everything we wanted.

I appreciate the wide selection of both everyday essentials and more unique, upmarket options. It?s a calm and enjoyable shopping experience every time.
The staff here are exceptional ? friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Whether it?s a quick question or assistance at the checkout, they go out of their way to ensure everything runs smoothly. Easily one of the best supermarkets in the area. Five stars well earned! and sometimes I do food deliveries collecting from here

So so short staffed!!! Just 2 tills open, one person on self service, same person on self service is also doing kiosk and training someone on the two tills! When the trainee has to call her, there is no assistance on self checkout and the line for kiosk is getting longer. This poor woman cannot be in 3 different places at once. You need more staff! Give out leaflets to customers at the tills advertising need for staff.

I recently visited Waitrose Altrincham, Manchester, and had a wonderful experience. The store is clean, well-organized, and offers a wide range of quality products.
It was a pleasure meeting the store manager very professional and approachable. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, making my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.
Definitely one of the best places to shop in the area. Highly recommended!

Easy come easy go- had what I needed. Staff very helpful and actually want to be there unlike other supermarkets who don't like to help me. Store is very clean and organised. Good little shop to pass by

We used to love shopping in Waitrose? We knew there would be great and different products and the customer service would be on another level to other supermarkets.
Wow ?How things have changed!
The fresh produce is not only in disarray but also seems very expensive.
We found many products in the wrong place and the shelves untidy.
£45 for a bag of basic groceries is a bit much!!!
The team seemed demotivated and not in their usual helpful mood.
