Another shameful display of the abysmal service I?m locked into with this contract. The collapse of what was once a great nation is painfully clear?services across the UK have plummeted to new lows. Extortionate price hikes hit customers relentlessly, yet the quality of service deteriorates further. I?ve tried countless other providers, but this seems a uniquely British affliction. Abroad, service was exceptional, but here, the relentless decline of standards mirrors the nation?s fall, leaving us fleeced and forsaken.

I went into the Vodofone Altrincham store on 12/2/2025 as was due a upgrade on my phone and wanted to get some advice.
Josh was so professional and really helpful guiding me through options that suit my needs for my new phone.
I cant express enough how much help Josh and the staff gave me thank you so much.

Very helpful staff. But because I got my contact through Currys, they can't resolve the issues with connectivity & the app fault.??? So locked into a contract that is faulty. Doubtful I will be renewing.

I went into vodaphone as I'd been advised my plan was ending. A new cheaper deal was arranged. The next day I received an email from trustpilot thanking me for my review. The advisor had sent herself a 5 star review using my email... I have since discovered that the same advisor had signed me up to a more expensive agreement forging my signature. After a lot of trouble my family got involved and eventually got it cancelled !!!!! Hopefully there's no more nasty surprises ..

Went to Altrincham store, has issue with sim swap for the past 4 days with this network. spoke to someone called Dean, extremely abrupt didn't want to listen to the issue, very unpleasant to deal with, been a Vodaphone customer for 8 years and have 3 contracts with them. It felt like it was such an inconvenience to discuss the ongoing issue. Started to take matters in his own hands without asking customer consent really unprofessional.On the other hand have been dealing with Dylan who has much professional approach and customer service skills!

The two guys in the shop are extremely helpful and care about clients .. I had a big problem with SIM card ( nothing to do with them ) but they were super and even gave me a temporary sim .. bravo

Just Been in the Altrincham store to ask about my phone the young Gentleman was very polite and did my phone for me very helpful and I told him I went to the Vodafone in Wythenshawe and told him that the girl said don't opening not helpful. If you want respect go to the Altrincham Branch .

Very poor service after you buy. Dont prefer to go here, better try other stores. Out of my own experience I have got stuck for around 312 pounds for no reason and poor service
