I love going into your Altrincham store - it's a real treasure trove of EVERYTHING and I always find what I want - even if I don't need it ? I went in today - 20th May - and couldn't get on the Internet to use my gift card. Huge thanks to your lovely security guy, Nate. He allowed me to use his WiFi and I was able to buy the lovely dress I wanted. He's a real credit to your company - polite, friendly and really helpful. So thank you TK Maxx and thank YOU Nate

Usually have a pleasant experience with this TK Maxx. Visited on Saturday with a friend and as soon as we walked through the door, the security guard and manager followed us, standing extremely closely and making us feel extremely uncomfortable. We weren't dressed a specific way, didn't look a specific way, but as soon as we walked in the door, they made us feel unwelcome and treated us like we were up to no good.
We come here often for a good look around to have a good time, but this has left us not wanting to visit for a while if we're going to be made to feel intimidated as soon as we enter the building.

Very well stocked and I was happy to get glasses(frame )of Victoria Beckham that costs £300online but I bought it in TK Maxx for50£.That way I can save a lot of money if I send them to Lensology (and it will cost me much less then to go to specsavers where I was given price around 400 for verifocal glasses)

Didn't visit tk max (on this occasion), but thanks for spying Google (with location off), I'm sure when I get a 5g phone you will get it correct and know exactly where I was.TK Max is generally a good store, you can find designer goods at prices some of their competitors sell crap for.
