Good store, although not as Big as some of the other Ranges. Staff very helpful. Parking available right outside the door. Would definitely go again..

Possibly the worst range I?ve been to. So unclean, rude staff. The toilets and lift in store are horrendous, look like they haven?t been cleaned for weeks. The store its self is dirty and not well kept.

Just been to the Range Altrincham to pick up bat/ball set which I?d ordered on line click and collect. Seeing that it quite clearly states online; click and collect in an hour, great I thought. Saves me wandering around store.
Had no confirmation it was ready, so I thought I?d go anyway. How long does it take to pick a bat/ ball set! 2 1/4 hours had passed since I ordered.
Went in store, and went to till to ask where to go. Go to till 5 I was told. The assistant subsequently ran off; need a manager she said. Ok, she must do as she put an announcement out.
So another assistant came to me, looked on her handset and said it?s not been picked yet and she just walked off too!!
She then returned with the item I wanted and proceeded to make me out like a naughty school kid; told me next time need a confirmation e mail and QR code and walked off again!!!!
You need to get your staff to at least smile when they are serving the customer.
Click and collect in an hour?don?t think so!!
Won?t be back to the Range Altrincham in a hurry; I?d rather go to the Range Stockport and pay for parking!!!!!!!!

This Range is by far the worst shop,never mind Range,I?ve ever visited! Unfortunately had to leave one star just to make a review,we ordered a gazebo on line,got the text to say it was ready to collect,so we drove 40 mins from Warrington to collect,we started to put it together last night to find 4 pieces missing and now have to take it down and rebox,customer service is less than useless! Staff not very helpful and the place wouldn?t even get a one star hygiene rating if it was restaurant ?

Lovely place been coming to get my lunch here for years great staff and service Sarah and bahe are an asset to your company however iam disappointed that the staff at the cafe don?t get a break working almost 8 hours and not a single break is not right they are only human they deserve a break! It?s a legal right and I demand that you hire more people or get someone to cover their breaks thanks you
