Good shopping experience
Meat shelves not stocked up at weekend so not able to purchase everything

Today the 4th September 2025 - I was deeply disappointed by the poor service of one female staff at service desk that I feel strongly to tell the public about it, so that they may choose to visit Sainsbury store instead if they need to use mobility scooters.
In my mid 70s, with severe osteoarthritis of both hips, I need to use Tesco mobility scooter to do my shopping. In the midst of my shopping today, I was desperate for a cup of tea, so I went to their cafe. Then I noticed the battery was dead. With the basket half loaded I was in need of help to swap for another working scooter. One helpful customer rushed to the help desk to seek help. minutes later, one female staff came over. She told me that she was by herself and she could not help. Totally uninterested, she disappeared.
I stayed in the cafe to finish my cup of tea. Luckily with the last bit of power from the battery I moved the scooter back to its base, slowly transferring my shopping to the other available scooter.
I recall every time I shopped at Sainsbury supermarket, their staff were friendly and helpful. They even helped to put my shopping to my car whenever I asked for help. Why can't Tesco offer help like Sainsbury's? Do I need to complain to the management team before any improvement may be made? Or are they too complacent about their trade success to bother with old disabled customers?

This is the second time customer service
At Altricham have upset me by the way they have spoken to be around a return.
I had to ask the lady please do not shout at me as you?re going to make me cry.
Management need to do
Some supervision about there attitude.
I should not come away from shopping upset.

I just want to be left alone. I go to self checkout so I don't have to deal with people and at this store they habit of interfering with you when it is not necessary, needed or wanted. Unless I ask for help, please, LEAVE ME ALONE!

Tried using the bathroom but to no avail as the sink was too far away from the toilet. The safety announcement telling me that I was coming to the end of the travelator was too quiet so that resulted in me tripping at the top of it spilling the contents of pockets everywhere. Did manage to buy some jammy dodgers though
