Only place on my route to work to get non instant coffee. Unfortunately I've just had too argue the difference between a Long black espresso and an Americano with two idiot servers. All I want is an espresso with a shot of hot water, it's not difficult. Not a single coffee shop I have ever visited has refused to put a shot of hot water in my espresso, it was Pret that told me its called a long black and every other shop knows what I mean when I say that. However I'm sure the Tesco servers know best, thank for arguing with me instead of getting me the coffee I was looking forward too, great start to the day.

I needed a quick lunch whilst waiting for an eye test also in the Tesco store. I have wheat and dairy food intolerances. However, there was nothing on the menu that I could eat. I had to buy crisps in the Tesco store and eat then in the Cafe. They didn't have any gluten free bread and the Tesco store didn't have any gluten free sandwiches either. Most disappointed, I felt like a second class citizen!!

This cafe has the most miserable staff I've come across, none of them smile and are so rude, every time I've been in there we've waited 40 minutes or more for the food to come out and it's never hot enough, even if the cafe is quiet, Tesco need to give the Staff some better training because the service is shocking here

Visited today 31st March. Ok it only take out at this hard time for us all . After 90 min shopping trip in store , thought we have bacon barms & coffee take out to sit in car & eat . How disappointing the bacon barm was , Cold bacon dried up & black looking & barm so dry after being frozen . My husband went back in store & gave back & he was told it was cooked fresh ,to my surprise my husband reply was if that was cooked fresh I?d hate to see what your old food looked like, & there was no offer of a refund. Hopefully when cafeteria open again we can get some of the nice meals we had so many times before. ??

Tesco Baguley Extra on Altrincham Rd is one of two supermarkets within the Baguley area, it is located near enough next to Lidl and also a couple minutes walk away from the Metrolink. I like how easy this store is to get in from the street, some supermarkets seem to hate pedestrians and make it difficult, but you can just walk straight in without having to trek through the car park, avoiding car after car.The store does look welcoming and rather nice from the outside, it might not be the largest store or the most modern store, and I may prefer Tesco's location in Altrincham, just over three miles away, but the product range was pretty good in most areas including chocolate, beverages, ready meals and dairy. They also had a small clothing section. They do have Scan as You shop facilities here, which means you can use a handheld scanner as you go around the store to scan your shopping, they have the newer edition scanners too which is handy.I did have an issue with the scanning of a coupon, it didn't seem to work, after asking a staff member, she basically replied "I don't know", she did ask another colleague for assistance who didn't seem interested, so I had a staff member who was genuinely trying and didn't know what to do, and another staff member who couldn't care less.3* - Decent Tesco store, it would be great if the staff were trained better to deal with Tesco's own Clubcard vouchers for their own products, I wouldn't think I'd have a problem using a bonus points coupon sent to me by Tesco as part of their loyalty scheme, on a Tesco product only for it to appear not valid.

Tesco?s Baguley is the worst Tesco?s I?ve ever been in its dirty and the staff are the most unhelpful people that I?ve ever encountered. I just seen that Tesco?s must be the worst employer because the way its staff are always so unhelpful and rude that?s the only reasonable conclusion I can come to. That is still no excuse for the staff to be like that.

Ordered breakfast at Glossop Tesco Cafe, didn?t wait long and on appearance looked ok,the breakfast consisted of one slice of toast, one fried egg, baked beans, one rasher of bacon and half a grilled tomato and a small sausage and finally two hash browns.. The complaint was a lovely cooked hash brown on top of the second overcooked greasy flat one, obviously one from the day before thrown into the friier , we took this off the plate and put it on a serviette from both my wife and myselfs plates, the grease ran out of the hash browns and made pools onto the table,we brought this to the attention of of one of the staff and was told she would inform the person who cooked the breakfast, no apologies from anybody for serving such a dreadfully cooked re fried item of food.... Not Good Tesco Cafe.....get a grip with your cafe staff.
