I had a great experience at Specsavers during my recent eye test. Natalie carried out the examination and was fantastic throughout. She was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. The test itself was very thorough, and Natalie explained each stage clearly. She also took the time to go over the results with me in detail and answered all my questions fully. I left feeling confident and well-informed. Thank you to Natalie and the team for such excellent service!

My pair of reading glasses lost a lens after a few weeks, and the replacement pair broke after two days. When I got them back, repaired again, the attitude was that the company was doing me a big favour, because I wasn?t being charged!

I have had an old pair of lenses /frame from this store sometime ago which becomes worn out and uncomfortable, and I have a back up frame which are identical. I turned up without an appointment and asked if my current lenses can be moved to the back up frame. Annie greeted me and sorted it out form swiftly even the lenses ?stuck? onto the old frame, all without any charge or intention for any sales. Much appreciated, Annie. And will call again properly for sure.
