Attended to talk about my accounts and what my options are for changing current, savings and ISAs. Ben asked me if I needed any help when I was in the queue, he was very helpful and happy to help. Talked to me for as long as I needed and explained all the different types of accounts available and what the accounts I currently have mean. Very professional, did not advise me and simply gave me information I needed to make decisions on my accounts. Very good experience.

I went at a busy time so there was a queue. However I wasn't waiting too long to be served - approx 10min. When it was my turn, the young chap was very personable & helpful. I think I remember the building being a little too warm. Unfortunately I had to return approx half an hour later as another bank I needed to go to refused to accept cash which was to go into my son's account. Again there was a queue but I was seen within 5min this time. Still too warm.

Embarrassing to be told "She will have to wait" despite having four staff no que. Not very professional.
