This Thursday I went shopping in Altrincham branch. As always I need to use the their mobility scooter. However, on this occasion their mobility scooter was not working due to the battery not being charged.
Luckily two young enthusiastic staff members offered me their kind assistance by pushing me in a wheelchair.
I was so grateful for their help with picking up my selection of food and putting these into my car for me. They were quick and efficient which saved me time and made my shopping an enjoyable one. I am impressed by the way they helped me. On the contrary I have never received this kind of physical help from Tesco supermarket. So thumb up ? for Sainsbury's.
I have been to Sainsbury's in Sale again, each time I found them very helpful. I like to go there often except disabled parking is always occupied until after 5 pm. I guess this place is popular with disabled customers.
Today the longest day in June I went to Altrincham Sainsbury's to do shopping. However the mobility scooter is out of order, waiting for repair.
Thanks to a helpful staff member ISABELLA ? who volunteered to push me in a wheelchair. That's a treat. This kind of service is not available elsewhere, only in Sainsbury's in my experience. This made the day an enjoyable one- the shopping was quick and easy.
Thanks so much. Isabella, you are a nice person, Sainsbury's should be proud to have you. ?

I always shop in Sainsbury's mobility scooter and I also need assistance to put shopping into my car. Sainsbury in Altrincham never failed to provide me with the right kind of support. Zac one of Sainsbury's staff member: he is kind and helpful. I am truly impressed by the good wonderful staff in Sainsbury's. ? ? ?.

I was looking for a specific milk that I use to buy here, I could not find it in the milk section. However, I went to customer service and asked when it will be delivered. The customer service adviser called a representative from the fresh section and they went and checked if there were some in the fridge.
Instead of coming back after restocking to get my milk, I got it right away.
Conclusion: if you don't find something in the aisle, go and ask. This is good customer service.
The customer service is still good. The self-service till is very efficient there is almost no queue.

There was a fish item on the shelf 2 days past it's sell by date. I took it to a member of staff who seemed disinterested. So i took it to another member of staff who had , it seemed, a similar attitude. I wasn't after praise, but a little courtesy would have been nice.

Always able to go to a manned till which is a positive for me. I find it much longer using the self serve checkouts. Always find shelves plentifully stocked & friendly & courteous staff in store and on the tills.

Not too big, staff friendly, atmosphere not rushed, food good, prices fine. Sainsburys everytime for me :-)
