It was OK, bought a bag on line because it was a very good price and opted for picking up at the store because it was most convenient.
The store looks like it could do with a bit of investment ( I know Rymans are struggling a bit) maybe a lick of paint and a new carpet. It's not on the main pedestrian street so there appeared to be nobody in when I arrived.
The staff (what appeared to be one person) popped up from stocking a shelf and dispensed their duties very well in a very efficient and friendly way, taking my order number and disappearing into a little cubbyhole to retrieve my bag. A quick signature, a quick perfunctory "nice day, thanks etc" and I was away with my swag. It was OK, but I'll probably go to that other stationary store on the pedestrian High Street if I want anything again. (Unless it's a very good price........)
