I'm very happy with Printerland. When I initially bought my printer they were extremely helpful in organising a swap when the printer arrived not working. Although it was their consumer obligation, it was not their technical problem to resolve as reseller and it was a load of hassle for them sorting out with OEM. I'm very grateful for the good service at that time so will resolve them as my sole source of consumables going forward.

First personal order from Printerland after using them previously at a job. Customer service and experience is top notch.Ordered a printer, received a call double checking what I need and ended up changing printer due to the original not being multifunction (my fault for not reading!).
